b. Lifetime Access:

By purchasing a lifetime subscription, you receive permanent access to our premium resources, UI kits, and future updates without the need for monthly or annual renewals.

This license is tied to the individual or company who purchased it and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

c. Compliance with Laws:

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and any third-party terms (such as Figma’s).

2. User Accounts

a. Account Creation:

Some features of Kites Design may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

b. Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in actions harmful to our platform, users, or brand.

3. User Content

a. License to Submitted Content:

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or designs created using Kites components, you grant Kites Design a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, showcase, and promote that content.

b. Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for your content and ensure that it does not infringe any rights or contain harmful elements.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:

All rights, title, and interest in and to Kites Design — including all branding, website content, and UI kits — remain the property of Kites Design.

You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce our platform or materials beyond the license granted.

b. Feedback:

Suggestions or feedback you share may be used by Kites Design without obligation to compensate or credit you.

5. Limitation & Liability

a. Disclaimer:

Kites Design is provided “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees of availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

b. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kites Design, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

c. Limitation:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of our services.
