Quick answer: before you subscribe, confirm how many requests are worked on at once, how fast each is delivered, who owns the files, and how easy it is to pause or cancel. These details matter more than the headline price. 1. How many active requests does my plan include? 2. What is the typical turnaround for one request? 3. How are large projects split up so I see progress? Also ask how requests are prioritized when you have several in the queue, and whether you can reorder them at any time.
4. Which skills are covered: product design, UI/UX, branding, websites, motion? 5. Will I work with the same designers each month, so they learn my product? Ask what tools the team uses. Figma for design and Framer or Webflow for websites make handoff and collaboration much easier.
